Owner Occupants

Lender participating in the program is offering 10-year, 3% fixed Annual Percentage Rate loans that range from $2,500 to $50,000* to eligible homeowners. Restore, Repair, Renew loans can fund a range of home repairs that focus on health, safety, weatherization, accessibility, and quality of life. The goal of the program is to help Philadelphians improve their homes and strengthen their communities.

Whole home Repair Fund  This program will support the established home repair programs in Philadelphia, including PHDC’s Basic System Repair Program (BSRP) and Adaptive Modifications Program (AMP)*, as well as the Philadelphia Energy Authority’s Built to Last (BTL) Program. In addition to home repairs for homeowners, WHR funds will support repair loans to small landlords and job training programs in the construction industry for residents.

Landlords and Investors
